of the relay contact is very important
1. Ac/Dc electromagnetic relay selection
Almost all of the AC relay from have the humming because of armature of chatter . When the relay coil voltage (or current) did
not meet the prescribed operation value, armature vibration can cause contact dithering, if contact on surge current load, the
flutter cause arc may make contact melting or welding.
2. The selection of voltage relay operation

B. capacitive load
Charging current of the Capacitive circuit, short circuit discharge current when starting , Charge or short circuit discharge, contact
may be because of the charging current is too big and have serious ablation or welding failure. When use, such as can according
to the size of the electric capacity, appropriate cascading current-limiting resistance can eliminate the hazards.
C. motor load
During the motor dormant,the input impedance is very small, so just start, surge current very large. Due to the motor load size is
different, it may start time is very short, may also be very long, so start surge current also continues to the same long time. In
addition with relay contact as a motor on-off switch, shut off the time relay must bear motor winding high induction reverse voltage surge generated arc, so contact between
group insulation resistance to electric level and the ability to bear a load must have sufficient margin.
D. inductor. Spiral coil. Contactor coil. Choke. Electromagnet coil load these load belongs to the strong perceptual load. Use relay
contact such as load intermittent automatic switch, when the relay shut off, the coil of the energy storage must be through the disconnect
between the contact arc release, consumption, often leads to contact ablation, welding or insulation parts failure. In just on the load,
due to low input impedance, as the motor load, also can produce strong surge current.
F. Dc load
Dc load than Ac load more difficult to break. Ac voltage automatic over zero hour automatic arcing. Dc voltage produce arc and continuous
don't extinguish until arc elongated (contact gap increases) and not self sustaining so far. Arc energy can make the contact have serious
corrosion, metal transfer, the splash damage, etc.
G. Ac load
Relay contact Ac rated value is only applicable in the frequency of the provisions . Different frequency condition, relay switching ability is
different. In switching out-of-step single-phase ac load, will exist phase difference, so should choose contact rated voltage for load voltage 2 times, rated current for load current
4 times products.
H. low level load mechanical and electrical current load
Under the action of load, because of the pollution of the environment, production process of pollution and adsorption in contact surface
organic matter will further sudden close, due to the load level is too small and not breakdown organic or oxide film, and cause contact
resistance increase or unstable, even cause open circuit failure.
